The condominium complex this apartment was in is a pet friendly community but apparently the owner of my unit has chosen not to allow dogs. Was a little disappointing to arrive to find most everyone enjoying their furry companions on vacation while we had to board our dog for the entire week’s stay. Gratefully the windows & patio have good sound protection, but I didn't come to relax by the beach to be closed indoors, even with headphones on while on the patio the screams could be heard it echos that much. Also, beware - the master suite has a VERY strong mildew smell, so strong that it made it difficult to sleep and I opted to sleep on the couch; in addition, the mattresses are long overdue for replacement - they are extremely hard. But the location is great, the condo is beautiful and besides the mildew smell, it was very clean and matched the images."
